I inquired about moving services and storage. I was moving from one city to another city that was about an hour and a half distance. I needed my furniture stored because I was going to rent a furnished place. The gentleman that I spoke to gave advice to save money by using a company where I live and just keep it stored there. I found that to be so honest; he could have taken my business knowing it would not be cost effective for me. I would totally recommend using them.

Eddie Giles did a fantastic job moving a house full of antiques all without a dent, ding or scratch. They are professional movers and more importantly (in my book anyway) Eddie and his guys are kind and courteous. Professional Movers moved us from Charlottesville to Chapel Hill, NC in January 2020. They also completed a local move for us seven years ago. Both times, Professional Movers were efficient, responsive, courteous, punctual, and generally very easy to work with. I particularly appreciated how carefully they treated my new hardwood floors. They put down felt and blankets and ran their dollies over those. The owner Eddie Giles is very detailed-orientated and his employees reflect his attention to detail. This is a first-rate, locally-owned company. I could not be more happy with their service.

We highly recommend Professional Movers. Eddie and his team, Rydell and Chris, were prompt, professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. Though we had some delicate antiques, nothing was damaged. They went out of their way to make our move as easy as a move can be.
