Storage facility is well maintained and convenient. I had a great experience with staff member, Ms Jasmin. She was patient and so very helpful with all my questions and with assisting me with all my unit. She has excellent customer service skills!

I have rented from this facility for a few months and have had a great experience so far! One month I had a small balance that was leftover and they called to make sure I made a payment before any late fees accrued. They also let me know when my unit was improperly locked so that I could go down to secure it. Its nice to know they are keeping an eye on things!

Easy access, good customer service. I didn't like that a lock purchase was automatically added to my reservation, however after showing my lock to the person working behind the counter, I was refunded for the lock.

I called and tried to rent 2 large spaces and could not get an answer as to where the actual spaces were located in the building. The gentleman was not helpful on the phone at all.
