Rainbow Movers were fantastic. Erin coordinated my mother's move to assisted living and was friendly and helpful. She responded to me quickly with a fair estimate. The truck showed up exactly when expected and Sam and John got to work immediately and efficiently packed and loaded everything. We had art work that needed special packing for storage and they did a fantastic job. Sam did an amazing job keeping everything going smoothly. I highly recommend this company, they are very professional and treated my mother's belongings like they were there own.

Worst move ever. Used them 3 years ago for a move from Cape Cod to Florida, and had to put our shipment in storage for about 3 months. They told us they had to split our delivery into 2 separate Van's, and to this day we are still missing items. We also had damage to several items, and they never sent anyone to give us an estimate. Really bad experience.

I just wanted to thank your movers for the excellent service delivering our new mattress. The guys came to our house earlier than expected and gave us white glove service. They were polite, efficient and even removed our old mattress, I honestly didn't think they would remove it, that in itself was a wonderful and unexpected surprise. You have a great team there keep up the great work.
