I was set to receive a new bed today that I desperately need because my back is killing me, and paid good money for. It was a warranty claim through Tempur-Pedic and we upgraded. I was told they would be able to deliver in a week (fine) and that they would call 30 minutes ahead to let us know they would be there. Since I work 40 minutes away ( I advised Kaleigh the girl who arranged everything of this) I gave them my husbands number to call. My husband works two minutes from our home, but is a salesperson and needs to plan to leave. I was also advised we would be given a timeline of approximately 4 hours which I never did get either. Well today is delivery day, I get a phone call telling me that the delivery drivers are there but They are surprised to find that I’m not. I asked if they called my husband as they advised they would and they had not. My husband was not able to leave at that point because there was no 30 minute heads up we were promised. Now I have to wait ANOTHER WEEK before they’ll attempt another delivery. I am VERY unhappy and disappointed with their service.
Rainbow Movers has now moved us twice in the last two years and each move has been magnificent and flawless. The employees are professional, efficient, courteous, and just the most accommodating folks you 'll ever work with. Big shout out to Alex and the other two movers who made our move to Stamford Ct so smooth- great job guys and thank you so much for your caring approach to all of our requests. Our move was a success, thanks to the team at Rainbow. The crew was punctual, polite, and treated our furnishings carefully. There was excellent attention to detail and they coped with getting big, heavy things around some awkward corners and steep stairs. Well done!
