I was very satisfied with their professional service. Everything went smoothly form the begining to the end. Especialy Don Arroyo's profesional help with customs and everything else. I was also very happy with Rainier's business partner in the Czech Republic/EU.

Fantastic experience with Rainier. It was cheaper than most competitors and that's just the start. The people I worked with were very friendly and helpful every step along the way. They handle most of the paperwork including customs and stuff so it makes the whole process very easy. On moving, their crew were very friendly, worked quickly, and packed everything extremely well. Not a thing broke in an overseas move. I have already recommended them to others and would do so again in a heartbeat.

After 15 years living and working in California, it was time to return to the UK. Rainier Movers took care of all our stuff, carefully wrapped and boxed it up and packed it tightly into a 20ft container. Rainier then shipped it round the world and delivered it safely to the UK even though we were not there. It all went into a storage depot just outside London where it stayed for 3 years due to our own circumstances. Finally, we had settled in our new home and even though it was the beginning of the pandemic, they managed to complete the job and deliver it to us safely, (whilst keeping 'social distancing'.) It is amazing, we have been unpacking and opening the boxes and it is like we waved it goodbye only last week. All through the process, Doug Wiviot at Rainier has been great and for over 3 years has looked after us and our stuff, replying to emails in less than 24hrs. His team from start to finish have been totally professional, knew their stuff and cared. My wife and I are very grateful to Doug and Rainier Overseas Movers Inc and thoroughly recommend this company.

Rainier Moving Company is the best! Everything was perfectly taken care of, including a glass hutch and glass shelves,. My move was to Hawaii. Other companies I called and received quotes from, were way overpriced and bordered on harassment afterwards. Use this company for stress free moving.

This is a professional, caring, company! I have used them twice to move my household items overseas, and found them to be responsive, informative, and extremely patient and helpful as I waited for my items to join up with enough other peoples' "stuff" to make a full container for shipment. Despite the long wait time involved with this economical way for moving things, I never felt abandoned or left "out of the loop" - I knew I could write and get answers at any time. Highly recommend!
