We had a very good experience with Rainier. Our move coordinator, Doug was quick to respond to emails and concerns. Our things arrived sooner than expected. We had one small piece break in the move, but overall everything else arrived in perfect condition, including two large computer monitors. I highly recommend them for an international move. They have their process dialed in and will accommodate smaller moves like we had. It was perfect. Thanks Rainier!

I contacted Rainier while trying to coordinate my move from Germany to the US several months in advance. Don, the Director of International Services, responded immediately, kindly, and helpfully. I didn't end up using their service as I decided to stay in Germany. Don refunded my deposit with no hassle and referred me to their local agent for my (much smaller) move. If I do move back to the US, Rainier's the first place I'll call! I'd highly recommend their service.
