Impressive...! Called them... they came and discussed price and schedule.... moving crew came back on said date at said time.... and in a heartbeat... the truck was loaded and on the way to its destination.... All I could think is WOW ..... that was easy..... At our destination.... they were very cordial, polite and focused..... My husband and I were impressed....they made the procedure literally work like snapping your fingers.... like a carefully timed engine.... each step without skipping a beat..... Using them again today for another move.... so we must be happy... :-) Thank you Ralph Palmisano Movers ...!! :-)

This company was recommended to me by a co-worker. When I initially called, Ralph stated he would have to do an in home estimate and would call me back during the week to set something up the following week. I didn't hear from him until the next week Tuesday evening when I was busy. I told him we could do any day that week. He told me he would call me back, again I never heard from him again. I called and left a message. I called the following week leaving another message. I called today and his wife called me back. One word to describe her is rude. I told her who I was and she immediately had a rude tone and wanted to talk over me. Once I explained where I was moving, the date and refreshed her memory that I already spoke with her and her husband before she stated, "You'll have to wait until January because our rates will be going up. That's why we haven't called you back. We are not going to give you an estimate now because we are going to charge more in 2017. Plus you are going somewhere where we don't usually go. That's a partial load; we are going out of the way". So let me get this straight. You decide not to call me back even though you received my voice-mails because you want to charge me more. So in doing so, you refuse to come do an estimate because you want more money. You are an out of city moving company but moving my items is going out of your way? You shouldn't be in business then. So unprofessional and she only cared about getting more money rather than even considering to send her husband to my home for a rough estimate. It's called being organized and giving your customers peace of mind. Look somewhere else!
