Such an amazing experience with Randall Moving & Storage! I have used their services several times for residential and commercial (local & long-distance) moving. Susan, the office manager, coordinated a complex interstate office relocation on very short notice. She kept us informed on every step of the move. Their movers are fun, professional, and very quick. The company is easy to work with; it doesn’t have hidden fees, and their prices are very reasonable. Movers worked hard every minute and were very careful with all our furniture and boxes. I would definitely recommend Randall Moving & Storage to anyone and would use them again if the need arises!

Contacted Randall for moving estimate and their relocation specialist gave an estimate of 4.5 K. When I said that is a lot of money and I will get back to him, he offered to move for 3 K without involving Randall Moving & Storage and assured he has done this before for other clients. Nothing against the company but clearly you have some shady individuals working for you. Glad I didn't use the company or their relocation specialist for my move.

Randal packed and stored our house for three years, and then brought it back and unpacked once we returned from overseas. They are fair, honest, and very good at what they do. I was impressed because the crew remembered us after all that time. I recommend them to all my friends.

I had a horrible experience with the manager, Susan. Save yourself the problems I experienced. They just threw everything, took it to the wrong part of the house even though it was marked and I was handed a bill at the end of the day for TRIPLE what I was quoted. It did take longer and I expected to pay more but triple? Ridiculous. Susan is rude and has no business dealing with customers. BEWARE!
