UPDATE 2/19/2020: The owners have NEVER paid for my broken table, and have not replied to any requests. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Choose ANYONE else but this company. I have had the worst experience. If I could give a zero star, I would. I paid an extra $1500 for guaranteed delivery on a certain date, and they did not arrive until the next day. Also, my table was completely broken. They promised assembly of furniture, and left everything in boxes and blankets. I am a single woman with a disabled sister, so it was difficult even to put our beds together so we could sleep. I submitted a claim form for my ruined table, and they don't even reply to my emails or texts. So. Not only did they not do what I paid them for, they have stolen money from me by not paying my claim. To be clear, I paid in full, the guaranteed full contract amount. DO NOT hire them for your move. I believe ANYONE else would be better. They are dishonest and unethical. *Update: Interesting reply from them to this public review (below). They sent me this same reply posted below in response to 2 unanswered emails since December 6, yet they have no record of me reaching out. But, lo and behold, they replied once this review posted. Almost funny. Well, I do have records of emails and texts that were ignored. Also, I did not hear any status update until 5 days after they picked up, and I had to reach out to them twice to get any news. so that's an outright lie in their reply. Also, there was NO weather issue. None at all, I have records of that as well. I myself drove the same distance at that time. They had some sort of internal issue and did not honor the contract, and then threatened me if I didn't both agree to more time for them to get here, and still pay the full guarantee amount based on the original guaranteed date. (I did not agree when they tried to revise my contract and emailed a new one.) I have text messages and I also calls and emails requesting status updates and received none until they told me they couldn't meet the timeline commitment (5 days after pick up). Everything in their reply is false (actually too many falsehoods to list here!) and intended to save face in a public forum. They now are saying they may not honor my claim because of this review, although I paid in full. Retaliation. Wow, the unethical behavior continues.
I gave them 1 star when they deserve 0 stars. The were unprepared the boss was unprofessional, they lost all the hardware to all of our stuff. I didn't get an 1/8 of my items they mysteriously disappeared. They scratched up dented up broke stuff, stuff missing. They broke my sleep number 360 which is a 10000 dollar bed they were the WORST!
They are incredibly flexible when it came to my moving needs. I had to work around a busy schedule that took me out of town around the date when the household goods arrived and they were able to move the delivery date back with no problem. The owners are very reasonable and easy to get a hold of any time of the day. Any issues that did come up during the move, they were able to come up with a solution quickly and one that made sense to both parties. Would recommend and will use again.
The guy who checked us in was super nice, explained everything thoroughly. Will definitely return to this location in the future.
These people are very willing to please the customer and work hard to do it. They are young and ambitious but may occassionally be late due to overscheduling. Great service getting my house moved to Denver.
