Extremely disappointed with my second time using R2M. I am never the person to leave bad reviews, but this was something else. The first time moving with them was wonderful moving to Atlanta. They were polite, fast, and affordable. I gave them 5 stars. The second time they were an hour late, literally dropped my couch down a flight of stairs (tumbled all the way down), didn’t use any blankets on my nice hard wood furniture so the edges are completely chipped up. When the finally started to install the furniture the scrapped of the walls of my new place! I had to ask them to put the bed back together. The movers threw my furniture around. Extremely disappointed. They disregarded every “fragile” sign and even put the fragile boxes on the bottom. Would like some retribution, because how can I fix my furniture now? Will be leaving multiple bad reviews and expect a call from them.
