Really Moving

This company was recommended to me by someone I trusted. Foolishly, I did not do my own research before hiring them. If I could give less than 1 star, I would! There was very little communication and always it was initiated by me, often without response. They took little care of my things; I have plastic storage bins that are broken because of their treatment. Worst of all, the expense went twice what I was quoted. Never again. Shop around. Don’t make my mistake.

I contacted this company not once but multiple times for a quote, they were recommended to me by a friend. After multiple attempts on my end for them to provide a quote, waiting over a week without contacting others I still got nothing. Finally, I decided it was time to contact others, due to me waiting around for them many other movers didn't have the date I needed available. If you can't be responsive and even provide customer service from the starting point, then how do I know you will even show up to the move? Not recommended!

We were really satisfied with Really Moving. Parris’ crew was punctual, professional, courteous, and efficient. We moved locally, and it took his crew about 4.5 hours to completely move and reassemble our furniture; they were enthusiastic about situating our furniture in the correct rooms. Thank you Really Moving, you provided an exceptional service!!

Parris and his crew moved my parents this week to their new home in a retirement community. Really Moving was recommended as the one company that the community trusted during the pandemic to be safe and honor their requests and requirements. They move residents in all the time there.
