Redefined Living

We used them for their Complete Move Management. The packing and unpacking service was phenomenal, but they subcontracted the actual move to another moving company. That company was average, and the subcontracting was confusing and not explained clearly. Additonally, Redefined Living's final bill had padded hours--not enough to complain but definetly noticeable. I'd recommend them, but with the caveat of limiting their involvement of the move to the unpacking and packing services--skip the Complete Move Management.

In fact, Redefined Living was the most professional and courteous business that we ever had the pleasure of dealing with while making our move.

What a great experience, the easiest move I've ever experienced. The staff was very professional, flexible and friendly. They made sure all of our furniture was where we wanted it and they kept checking with me to make sure everything saw to my satisfaction. Job WELL done!!!!!
