They did a great job and more than I expected!
Reds Transfer is the Best. They saved Me and my wife. Our storage place went out of business and told us to empty our 10X20 storage within 2 weeks. We had no truck and no one to load it. At our age and disability we could not do it. Talked to Reds on Monday morning and they said said they would work us in on Tuesday. 9 am on Tuesday 2 young men from Reds started loading and were finished 2 hours later. Great job. Thanks again to Reds Transfer for saving the day.
Almost every single piece of our furniture was damaged or dirty after they packed it. They put a metal fire pit on the very top of all our furniture. Needless to say it scratched many other items and spread black ash over everything. Breakable items were shoved between extremely heavy items. I could go on and on. It was horrible. The only reason I gave one star was because they came last minute and we’re friendly and worked hard. Just turns out they did a horrible packing job.
Called Red's several times and spoke with a lady in the office about moving us. Each time we were told will check their schedule/books, talk to the owners and get back to us. I want to say there were 5 to 6 calls and we were told this each time and never heard back from anyone. Our fault for giving them so many chanced however, if they did not want our business they should have just told us. In the end we are glad they are not helping because if they treat potential customers this way, imagine what they would do with your belongs. I would NOT recommend them or give them one star but I had to in order to post this. I will spread the word for other to not use them!!
Saw on of their drivers driving his semi up on the bumper of a small car minding his own business.. With absolutely no traffic the semi driver pushed closer and closer until he was less than a car length behind going 70mph. The little car eventually got scared and moved over. That this happened in the middle lane of a empty road is classic poor semi driving. This happened at 10:15 am on 35w south over the Minnesota River. I took pictures it was so ridiculous. Lucky for everyone, this baboon will be out of work as soon as they are all self driving. Uber will take him.
