Regency saved our move. Our original moving company showed up and destroyed our mailbox trying to back in with the truck, only days away from closing on our home sale. After immediately firing that company, Regency responded with an in-home quote by the owner and arranged for our move two days later. Very professional. On moving day, Regency's crew executed a perfect local move in less than 5 hours. Absolute pros!

Regency was one of the moving companies we considered. Regency was the most responsive and professional during our selection process. We are moving in two stages based on requirements to stage our previous home for sale. The Regency team, for the first stage, showed up on time, were professional and efficient. We had stairs at both locations and some heavy pieces. Regency’s team moved our pieces out and in with care. There were no marks on walls, hardwood floors or our furniture. When we are ready to move our remaining furniture, I will call Regency.

All aspects of the move were extremely smooth and stress free starting from the date of receiving the quote to the execution of the move. Cliff the owner was cordial, honest and up front about the moving costs and what they can and cannot do. He explained the different options and even gave us cost saving options with things like moving insurance. Kelley the office manager worked with us to get boxes to pack before the move and even came to pick up boxes we donated back after the move. We did have one minor discrepancy on the final bill dealing with the calculation of the amount of time it took to move but Kelley was reasonable and worked with us to correct it. Regency prices are fair and worth the costs. I would strongly recommend this moving company.
