Would not rate a 1. A move is stressful enough, you should not have to worry about damages. I would advise everyone contemplating a move , ask if they cover damages due to their incompetence. Because they packed so much weight on my Stickley dining table , it broke the legs , which created stress cracks in the lacquer finish on the top of table. The owner sent someone out from Furniture Medics to repair the legs. Owner refused to send it to an authorized Stickley repair location. Long story short, repair job is horrible, drill hole exposed in leg, epoxy and cracks rough and visible, nothing done to top ! Owner refuses to correct the damages . Will be pursing all other avenues.

They close at 4:30 pm. Not 6 pm like advertised on Google.

Still waiting for my truck three days later... It's to bad I can give less than one star.

Reliable Moving Company (and Michelle) made our recent move seamless and stress-free!! Reliable packed for us, moved all of our belongings to storage, and moved them out of storage and up to Huntsville. Michelle, the office staff, and all of the movers were friendly, flexible and so easy to work with!! This was a MUCH, MUCH better experience than our previous move and pricing was reasonable too. I can't say enough good things!! Use them if you're moving - you won't regret it!!
