What a joke these guys are....no stars for them. I used him because he was the only one that had a time slot available for when I needed it even though his price was a lot higher than the others. So I ordered 1 load. He drops the load in the pool and doesn't even tell the wife that it didn't make it to the skimmer. Then he leaves the gate open in the back and the dogs get out. We call him back to let him know that hey, it does need to reach the skimmer, and by the way, don't you know enough to say something about it. He comes back and charges me for another full load even though I only needed about another 1200 gallons, then tells the wife if she doesn't like it, call someone else. What an A-hole. These guys will never get my money again.
