Review:
Very professional, neat and careful! We have used the services of a few moving companies in the last couple of years, but Road Runner by far has been the best moving and storage company. We hired them to move us out of our condominium to have our floors replaced and then move us back. David the representative could not have been any more helpful, he figured out the best way to store our furniture at the best price and when the construction was delayed, they were very accommodating in amending the remove back to our condominium. We strongly recommend Road Runner moving.

They are thieves BUYER BEWARE!!! They are the worst moving company! They scheduled my move December 26, 2019 arrived late than they cancelled the move after they tried to extort an additional $3500.00 more from Florida to New York. They are thieves do not trust or believe a word they say. Now have to waste my time in court. I have proof!

ONCE THEY HAVE PHYSICAL CONTROL OF YOUR GOODS, IT BECOMES A RANSOM GAME, EITHER YOU PAY WHAT THEY WANT IN CASH OR YOU'D NOT SEE YOUR STUFF AGAIN, WHAT EVER HAS BEEN AGREED BEFORE HAND, HAS NO LONGER VALUE. PLEASE DON'T USE "THIS GROUP". I AM YET TO RECEIVED MY FURNITURE ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATER, EVEN AFTER GIVING UP ON THE RANSOM AMOUNT!!!

Review:
Roadrunner is a great team. In my experience they were extremely professional and friendly. The team I worked with obviously took a lot of pride in their job, which encompassed everything from packing to moving, breaking down furniture and reassembling it. They were extremely careful and went to great lengths to ensure they minimized wall and furniture dings. They were fast and efficient on both my move out and move in day, and even accommodated a couple requests I didn't expect them to. All in all if you're looking for a professional moving team that's fairly priced, really knows what they're doing and how to get things done, you're not going to regret going with Roadrunner.
