Rob & Garys Moving

We have concluded two moves with Rob and Gary’s. Each move they went above and beyond my expectations. Their communications were thorough and thoughtful. I received calls confirming relevant details as well as calls just to make certain that something was the way we wanted it. Highly recommend!!

I think this place is top notch everybody that works there is very professional and caring individuals. Rob the owner is very helpful and has a great caring heart .

I would not recommend!! If I could give zero stars I would. I recently used them and was assured my furniture would be protected and pad wrapped, it was not at all! My bedroom dresser received some damage to a bottom corner, as well as the wall of my new place, and the bottom of my stair banister. My nightstand received surface scratches as well as an additional cabinet. This was all brand new furniture, mint condition prior to this move. My entertainment center received a deep scratch and my sofa received a partial cut/tear into the fabric behind where the back cushions go when they moved in either the door or the back of the pick up truck they used. Although these were not brand new pieces, they were only a couple years old and were previously in excellent condition. The two guys that came walked around not knowing what to do without instruction for a large portion of the time. Upon arrival in a tow hauler/trailer, they first began to load boxes and items out of the garage, killing time and leaving the heavy items to almost not fit. I assume this is why the damage happened. I was also told the beds would be disassembled and reassembled, mine was not. They removed headboard and footboard and proceeded to move my rails/frame attached which caused damage to a slat and seems to have warped my side rails. They did not protect my brand new mattress and the mover proceeded to tell me how I could clean it afterwards to help keep my warranty. Upon arrival at the new place, my two sons and myself had to do the majority of the unloading from their truck because they were struggling so hard with getting my dresser upstairs. This place was a complete nightmare. If you value your belongings and have nice things and want to keep them that way, I would say call somewhere else and pay a little more. I could go on, but what’s the point?! Lesson learned.

Rob and Gary’s moved my in laws into their new place an assisted living place. They did a tremendous job. They were efficient and took care handling their furniture and boxed items. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them . I cant say enough good things about them.This moving company is outstanding!!!

Best moving experience ever. Has helped me move a few times. Never a problem! They were on time & always careful. The price is much better than others i checked on.
