Royal Interstate Movers

I have used Royal Interstate Moving many times. The company is wonderful. They always show up on time and the movers are professional and very helpful. They give the best prices. Tommy in sales is the best. Both times I have used this company he has been extremely helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality moving experience.

Royal did a great job with our move , I honestly don't have anything bad to say , Tasha was very straight forward with us from the beginning and was alway available , even when she was not in the office. Also the movers itself did an outstanding job.

USE ANY OTHER COMAPNY BUT THIS ONE! If you value your money or personal belongings stay far away! This is a predatory company that preys on families. They start with a low quote and by the end of the day you’ll be charged twice what you think you signed up for. The movers did not complete a walkthrough of our house, leaving several items off the truck that we had to leave behind or throw away because we couldn’t fit them into our personal vehicles. They mishandled our goods, crushing boxes and plastic moving bins, broke glasses and dishes, and some of the appliances that they didn’t leave don’t work properly anymore. They were so rough that they managed to break plates and dishes that were bubble wrapped and padded. They didn’t know who’s property was who’s when delivering our goods, unloading stuff that wasn’t even ours. They will try to get you to leave a good review in exchange for a 100$ discount, but check your bill carefully, we discovered later that they didn’t include our deposit in the bill so now we are trying to get that back as well. After all this I would have been more than happy if they had handled our issues professionally but alas that didn’t happen either. After two weeks of back and forth calls, runarounds, and giving us email accounts to that don’t work we still haven’t resolved any issues. STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY!
