TMO from Scott AFB hired this company to unload our PCS move. They didn't bring tools to assemble our furniture as was required from TMO, left our bed and couch right in the entryway when we told them where it was to go then left hastily before we saw what they had done. 10 minutes later we went outside and discovered they had hit our mailbox on their way out and totally destroyed it. Do not use this company whether you are PCS'ing or moving regardless.

Poor customer service, rude delivery service, does not have the knowledge or tools to complete the move professionally.

My apartment was packed in under two days. These guys are quick, quiet, and are happy to entertain their experience and conversation. I have no idea how simple cardboard and paper wrapping kept all of my big ticket items safe--but our only damages came from small, easily replaceable things. Maybe I got lucky with the A-team staff, but these guys kept each other in check as far as doing things right.

Rut's moving company stole my 65 in TV, 2 High interset items, air compressor, motorcycle jack, and leaf blower. I would not use this company at all. They took 4 days to pack my house out, which should have only taken 3 days, some stuff was just thrown in boxes and not wrapped up. They took to many breaks and left most days by 2 pm. One packer even brought their kid to work for the day and he was into everything. They are thieves and when I called the company about it the manager NEVER got back to me. Really I would give them Zero Stars!
