Pros: -Crystal was great! She was so nice, professional, and exceptionally thorough as a packer. Joe and Greg were great movers! Exceptional! -Speed and quality of service was as expected. Packers and movers showed up on time and clearly communicated delays. Cons: -Receptionist was rude. Did not reach out to me, only me having to call or wait on them with questions or concerns. -For military moves, each of the three days they sent someone who was no able to get onto Fort Bragg or Linden Oaks. This seems inexcusable to me for a company who does a majority of military moves.

They did an excellent job moving us from Spring Lake to Pinehurst. José and Kyle are phenomenal hard workers. Everything was done efficiently with such professionalism and nothing damaged or broken. Definitely will use them next time we move.

We used them for a move from NC to CT. Several items were damaged in the process. However, at delivery the driver intentionally damaged my 11 year old's dresser by using the wrong screws and drilling into the wood instead of the reinforced pre-drilled holes. Then he left the bag of proper screws on the floor next to the dresser. Because it was assembled wrong, it posed a safety hazard (the top mirror was not secured and could have fallen off). So I took pictures and reassembled it properly. Company decided not to pay for the damage (even though it was fully insured) because I "fixed" the damage. Now going to arbitration. If you enjoy running the risk of having your belongings vandalized by people representing this company, and then the company not doing anything about it, then work with them. Otherwise, I'd find someone else.
