Really appreciate the care and attention we received from Sharron and Lori. There must be somthing wrong with my recliner though...everytime I recline it knocks me out. Ha. We got 2 flexsteel recliners and are very happy with the comfort and quality. Thanks for the quick delivery and service.

I was looking for quality, without having to pay too much. I shopped Louisville, LaGrange an New Albany, also searching a lot on the internet. I am very pleased with the service and price at Schmitt Furniture. I look forward to my delivery!

We went in to look for a mattress and found one after two hours of looking. The lady that worked with us said that it would take a **week and a half tops** to be delivered. We just moved in from out of state a day prior and were hoping to get it much sooner but settled and bought a temporary air mattress for the meantime. After two weeks went by and not a word from them, we called them back to get an update and were told that it hadn't even shipped yet. I had to call twice in a week afterwards because they kept telling us that the woman who sold us the mattress and got the commission would get back to us on when it would be shipped and we never heard from her. Finally we call a third time over a span of a week and finally were told that it would be there that Saturday (3-4 days later) **SO ...it took over three weeks to get the mattress.** We would of gone somewhere else to get a mattress because we needed one ASAP but took the saleswoman's word. We probably wont be back for any furniture that we need immediately.
