Schroeder Moving Systems Inc, Appleton WI

We used Schroeder Moving systems as we booked our move through Mayflower. We were moving from Wisconsin to Florida and decided it would be safest to go with a name brand. The driver attempted to drive down a steep embankment and the belly of the truck became stuck on the pavement. This caused a major stress to the load and broke a large amount of antique furniture. The legs were sheared off of couches and the antiques were so poorly packed that there were scratches all over every surface. A large Green Egg was packed on top of chandeliers. The driver had to call a tow truck to pull the truck loose and he arrived about 5 hours late. The unloading crew did not have enough time to unload the truck and the next day there was no crew provided. My wife and I had to unload the truck ourselves even though we paid for a full service move. The antique armoires were taken apart and still are to this day. We have filed an insurance claim and are waiting on them to contact us. Schroeder moving company has been completely unresponsive and refuses to talk with me to adjust the 16,000 plus bill. Do not use this company and do not use Mayflower. Total scam artists

Rubin the driver was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and just the kindest man we could have gotten to work with us. All went very well and we couldn't be more pleased.
