Great group of people.

Had them move my 75 yr old mother from Brookston to south of Lafayette. She was told the move would take 3 men and cost about $500-$900 but no more than $1000. She had most of everything boxed and bagged except the kitchen, which we were going to do. The movers informed mom that if the boxes were not taped or had lids they could not move them, could not touch or move bags, etc. This was not explained to during the walk through estimate/inspection. When they were “finished” we ended up moving 7 car loads ourselves. Very unacceptable job for what they ended up charging my mother. $1300. My advice- get the estimate in writing or record it, read the fine print (because no where in it did it say they would not take boxes w/out lids or bags or loose items). Some of these helpers make things up as they go along and take advantage of the elderly. Which is elder abuse. All in all my mother is moved and closer to me. I will not recommend this company to one soul. Find friends, family or rent a UHAUL and do it yourself.

The movers were amazing! I work with Bauer Family Resources and the four gentelmen moved one classroom of ours from one location to another and were done in no time. I was very impressed with how carefully they handled all of our items and most of all enjoyed their positive attitudes and sense of humor. Would definitely consider hiring again in the future!

Rude employees! Awful service! This place is run like a joke and the office staff are extremely unprofessional!
