We had a disaster with our original moving company and called Scott's last minute and they gave us a quote to move from Massachusetts to Texas and they came through for us last minute and had tom, Danny, and Jake here in 30 mins to start moving our stuff right away. I'm so grateful for Cj and his workers and will forever be so grateful to them and thier professional and courteous employees. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart .

We used Scott Relocation to help us move from Boston to LA. I was slightly weary of using a big van line again due to prior bad experiences with other companies. But given the peak season, smaller companies that do a dedicated move for you cross country was just too expensive. It was easy to contact them and get an in-home estimate. We decided to go with the crate option (where they put everything you had into wooden crates) since that's suppose to provide a better timeline. Pick up was on time, and the 3 guys did a great job wrapping everything put carefully and finished the job pretty quick. On the delivery side, the move took about 2.5 weeks. We were on a 2 week road trip anyways so that worked out ok. But obviously if you're on a tighter timeline, that might not be ideal. We did still end up sleeping on air mattress for 5 nights. In addition, the communication on this end was slightly lacking and I called the Mayflower agent in LA on a daily basis to get an update on the status of our stuff. So the reason I took 1 star off. But the actual drop off was pretty seamless and we had no noticeable damages to our furniture.

Mr Vargas and his crew helped deliver the final shipment of our three-part cross country move. They were efficient and courteous. They even helped put together two beds that were unable to be reassembled by the previous team of movers. I recommend them highly!

Great overall experience. Estimator Paul was within 100 pounds of our load. Many helpful packing tips as he walked through our house. Melissa's follow up was spot on, and very responsive. James was our truck driver and was on top of everything. Would recommend Mayflower and these folks to anyone. They made a very big job almost painless. And very prompt! These folks were on time and actually ahead of any commitment dates. Superb!
