I'm so happy with there services, SDC International shipping was a pleasure to work with. I got a few quotes to send some very expensive vintage home items to my parents in Melbourne, Australia . After getting all the quotes SDC was fairly competitive and I'm glad we hired them to deliver all the items. Everything was delivered in a timely manner and we my parents so everything was nicely wrapped and nothing broke. I definitely want to give credit where its due. Best International moving company we have experienced and moving forward they will be my go to company. I highly recommend working with this company for any international moving goods. I hired SDC International Shipping for my move from Los Angeles to Montreal. I had a small move that included 6 pieces of furniture, a computer, and couple other boxes of small household goods. I packed all my small household goods and SDC packed my furniture and my computer. My computer came broken and they lost 3 out of the 6 pieces of furniture I had. I contacted them to see if they can locate my missing items. After a month long conversation where they provided little to no information on what they were doing to track my missing furniture, they were not able to find it. After all of this, I received no compensation for the damaged computer or my lost furniture, nor an apology for losing my stuff and the grief and stress they have caused from it. In fact, their representative became angry at me several times throughout our conversation for being upset that they broke and lost my stuff. I will not recommend SDC International to anybody and I completely regret my decision to use them for my move.

These guys are amazing! ETA from Menlo Park to Cancun was 4 weeks but our stuff arrived in just 3 weeks. We received quick responses whenever we emailed Marlene and would definitely recommend SDC to anybody who has to move internationally
