We have moved a number of times and found that some companies are certainly better than others. Unfortunately, Segeant Movers isn't one of the better ones. I loved the fact that we were using ex-military members and they were very nice guys. However, they weren't experienced packers and such, we were faced with multiple issues. In no particular order: 1) They didn't bring a big enough truck for our belongings so I had to pay for an extra rental truck for them to use in order to finish the move. 2) They didn't use any runners on the floor which caused unneccesary cleanup for us when they were finished. 3) There were multiple spots where our walls were damaged in both our old house and new house. 4) Boxes were not labeled, so we have had to guess where each belongs. 5) Multiple glass pieces were broken due to poor packing on their part. 6) Finally, I was quoted a price of $3250 for the entire process and ended up having to pay $4875 and they don't take credit cards. All in all, I'm glad that We supported our ex-service members, but I will never use or recommend this company again.
These guys are very professional, courteous and fast. We were moved in less than 3hrs. They show up on time and ready to get to work. I highly recommend them.
Second time we’ve used em. Awesome service and pricing. Highly recommended.
Fast. Reliable. Excellent service. Highly recommend these guys!
WHAT A DISASTER!! We arranged to move my 85yr old parents from their condo to a independent living facility. The 3 movers, within a hour or 2, were fighting amongst themselves and I believe 2 quit while on the job or at least stopped working. My father had to help to get the sofa with 1 mover into their unit and it was damaged in the process. In addition their 47” Vizio TV was destroyed. It took 6 days to get a replacement and they brought in a used, unboxed Phillips TV to replace it. No manual, didn’t hook it up, just left it. That is what they considered standing behind their work.
