This is mostly the same review I left on Yelp...but it says it all.....We are really really pleased with Serna....From Reina and Bonnie on the phone answering questions and making helpful suggestions...to the 2 great packers and movers, Chris M. and Francisco who worked to pack up my elderly mother's appartment in one facility and move her to a smaller facility. This was a very scary and emotional move for her and for my sister & I. The guys were sensitive, patient with our hovering and question asking, fast-fast-fast, efficicent, helpful, careful and more. They went above and beyond, helping move furniture around in the new room until my mom was pleased and making some small modifications to make a bed head-board fit. I will definitely call Serna and request the same guys again for any moves in the future. This was a small, local move, only about 4 hours to pack, ship and unpack....but we were treated like VIP's as if it was a big, expensive move. Further more, the pricing structure is straight forward, easy to understand and exactly as they promised with no hidden fees or additions.
