Drivers: Beware of truck 581! They clearly have their own rules on the road! Cut me off on a VERY busy route in Nashua, NH. Had to slam on my brakes to avoid squeezing myself between the trailer and the cab while they were mid-turn. Damaging my rims against the cement curbing. Dispatch was reasonable and professional, though.

Today we received a pallet from this company and i think the driver had temperament issues. First he said he don't have a pallet jack and later he started saying that its not his job to pull the pallets from his truck to the dock. later he started yelling and had a very nasty attitude and said he was the owner of the company and said next if we use his service we would have to go to his warehouse and pick up our stuff. I would rather never use this company ever and if there was a option of "0" stars I would have gave that. I would recommend others to not to use there services as the owner has a very bad attitude.

Consigned goods upon promise of next day service. It turned into two days. After four calls I found out that they don't service the area so they interlined it to another company who didn't service the area who passed it on to a third carrier who received it too late to get it on their truck. It appears that top management are not interested in service.

One would hope that a truck setup for carrying hazardous materials might be able to follow simple traffic laws. Things like stopping at a stop sign rather than whipping out into 45mph traffic without stopping / looking both ways. (Nearly caused a multiple vehicle crash with that stunt) Or maybe using a directional blinker and waiting for an opening when changing lanes. Instead the driver just swerved right nearly causing another accident. Witnessed 4-5 cars having to slam on their breaks due to the reckless driving of one of the Severance box truck drivers in Everett. Totally unacceptable-- especially given all of the lives taken by a reckless truck driver a week ago in NH.
