Outstanding service in a time of need. Greatly Appreciated! My sister was in crisis while moving from Jacksonville to Houston. We contacted Shaw moving & storage to help move her packages to a new moving truck. This was a same day request that I didn't know what to expect. It was a relief to hear her voice after they finished. They could have gouged her on pricing because there was no place to turn to, but they took time to understand what was needed and resolved it. I would give more stars but They only give me five. Thanks!
