I had to move some furniture cross-country, and after getting quotes from 6 different companies, ended up going with these guys (Tyler McCrary specifically) due to low cost, and high quality customer service. When I had questions I could easily text Tyler and he made everything clear and simple. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

The movers did a terrible job. Some of my things were stolen out of the boxes that I had taped shut. Different things were stolen. Don't EVER trust these people. I called the office about it, but, they ignored me and hung up.

The crew that moved me never took a break. They wrapped up everything. Nothing was broken. They took care by putting cardboard down on the floors and I actually paid less than the quoted price. I would highly recommend Shetler for moving!

Great job! Arrived on time, careful with our home and furniture, worked very hard, pleasant and did not complain about the tough stuff. Definitely recommend, especially this crew. This was a local move.

Unbelievably bad experience. Lost 14 (that’s right 14!) boxes of my possessions! Crew on the receiving end weren’t professional movers—they were vagrants hired on the cheap. One had a herniated disc and laid on the floor moaning every 5 minutes. One asked me if I had any meds to help with some pain he was having! I called the company bright and early the next morning and complained. Called and emailed multiple times. Their response was: the paperwork (that THEY filled out) didn’t support the missing items. The delivery sheet on which I checked off the numbered boxes as the came in (to my garage because the guys the hired weren’t physically capable of unloading them into the proper rooms in my house!) clearly showed 14 boxes missing and not checked off. Could not get a return call from the guy in charge even after multiple tries. Ended up they gave me a little over $500 for 14 boxes of clothes, kitchen utensils, drapes, tools and most important, family pictures! Do not use this company unless you want to lose some of your most precious items and then be ignored or disrespected afterwards. And I’m being kind by saying they were “lost”. Clearly there is an alternative explanation possible. I would give them negative stars if I could!
