I regret everything about my experience with Sowle Mayflower of Mount Pleasant. I would not recommend them to anyone, ever. One of the young men was unprofessional throughout the move. After running into my ex-husband days later at a storage unit, this same young man engaged in a very offensive and inappropriate conversation about me. This conversation took place in front of 3 children who were so upset and questioned why a stranger would say such nasty things like that about their mom. I regret allowing these men into my home. I would not feel safe allowing these men in my home again. Women especially should not use this moving service.

Awrsome service, jay (the owner) is real and truly cares about people. They all went above and beyond to me but jay is one of the coolest dudes i have ever met.

I retired from the military last year and this company was selected to move my items. The semi arrived and right away I knew something was wrong. They had to unload and repack into a new semi the day before it was delivered to my house. It literally looked like they shook one semi trailer into another. I had so many damaged items. To make it worse, I had many items stolen while my stuff was in their possession!!! While I was able to get reimbursed for some of the damaged and stolen items, they refused to reimburse me for my expensive crossbow. I tried dealing with a guy named Jay, but his story kept changing on what happened to my stuff. First it was they sent some to the wrong house, then it was it had been on the warehouse the whole time. Bottom line, they are dishonest and I wouldn’t use them. I keep checking back every few months and my review is gone. So, I will continue to check and repost what this company did to me until they make it right and to warn others ... Jay, you know your guys stole my crossbow when they took everything else... Make it right.
