I would leave zero stars if that was an option. Worst moving experiences ever! The lead guy (they called him Q for Quade” on the crew was horrible. We had to threaten to call the police to get him to leave. I can’t stress enough how horrible this experience was for us. This man screamed, cussed and was abusive in front of our children. They are traumatized as are we! Owner took zero accountability. When I asked one of the workers if this has ever happened, he said, “every single time”.

So happy we went to Bobadillas for our recent move. Moving is so stressful and the 3 representatives from Bobadillas were so efficient, careful and best of all, positive! Their happy attitudes and zero complaints made our moving day so pleasant. And they got us moved in record time with no scratches on anything! Use them!!

Would not recommend purely based on poor phone etiquette, nasty attitude, and horrible customer service. I tried to explain that my ‘move’ wouldn’t require a truck, only some heavy lifting into my garage, yet the employee was rude and refused to hear me out. If your trucks and workers are fully booked up, but YOU are in the office answering phones, the least you can do is listen attentively to a prospective client and provide a decent customer experience.

Unlike some of the reviewers below our experience with Signature Movers was stellar. Cue, Adam and crew were exceptional. They packed our home into 3 pods that had to go into storage as our new home was not ready. They put padded corner pads on every doorway and not one got dinged. 5 months later they came back, unpacked us at the new home and everything was safe and sound including a baby grand piano. No dings in any walls or doorway entrances and NO damage to anything. Hopefully this is our last move but if another is in our future, Signature will be the one that moves us.
