I don't like writing negative reviews without focusing on some positives. The guys were very nice. There were a lot of guys who came to do the move. When our furniture piece was broken, they did put in a claim right away. However, if you choose to go with this service, I would not do the free insurance option. We had an expensive piece of furniture broken to the point where it cannot be repaired and got $73 for it. We have two huge gashes in our brand new floors (our house is a new build). The walls had a giant mark on them going up the stairs and a corner had a large spot where some paint got knocked off. I felt like our move should not have taken near as long as it did. We had given away a lot of furniture before our move and didn't have a ton to move. We also had a storage unit we had packed before the move as well that we did not have them move. We were paying hourly and of course this made the move more expensive. All in all, we paid for the move, plus had about $900 in damage, all of which we saw $73 from. I would not recommend this mover unfortunately.

These guys were efficient, pleasant and careful... first time ever that I’ve had a great experience with a moving company (and I’ve moved a lot!)
