Silver State Moving & Storage

The packers took my German bed farther apart than needed have no idea where these parts are. My German Schrank has door missing. My nice Telefunken stereo unit was on it's side in the truck and is broken. There are 20 numbers no accounted for. They stole the battery from my Greenworks lawn mower. They damaged 3 Dressers. I haven't found all the glass and wooden shelves. We have everything stored so we did not open any boxes. If I can not find the doors and bed parts or fix the stereo they will have a claim for more than I paid to have everything shipped. I have pictures of how things were before they touched them.

I've gotten nice people every time.

Where's the ZERO star button? I have a contract through North American Van Lines and this company is the contracted agency to receive my belongings from Florida and deliver to my home in Sparks.
They, apparently have no regard for contracts. I was to receive my things today at the latest. They are telling me a month from now they can deliver!!!! We are sleeping on the floor, my 3 month old grandson is sleeping on the FLOOR! He has outgrown the clothes we were able to pack in our suitcases for our flight across the country. The lady who called to drop this bomb on me was so rude and unprofessional that it's ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS!!!
