These people have stolen my entire household!! They are not returning ANY calls, and I can’t find ANY customer service number. They made me pay them by Zelle, took my cash, AND ALL MY BELONGINGS!!

We hired this company to move from California to Texas. The cost was $4,000. The price is to cover the disassemble and re-assembling of furniture, wrapping and unwrapping of furniture, loading and unloading of all furniture and boxed items. - The movers were late to deliver at new location - Several pieces of furniture were damaged - Several pieces of furniture were never unwrapped - Nothing was re-assembled - Missing items AND boxes (conveniently, the exact boxes that had expensive items) To process your claim for damaged, missing items, you have to file with a THIRD PARTY. It is extremely time consuming, heavy paperwork and they make you jump through so many hoops – most people don’t even bother completing the process. Had to submit documents more than once. Once processed, we received $160 for all the missing and damaged items, which were at least 5 times that amount in cost AND we did not receive the promised services (see above, unwrapping, assembly, etc. We even STILL have their moving blankets because their lazy movers didn’t unwrap and just left them, which we used as proof that that was not taken care of). After much fighting for what was right, we ended up getting $250 back which is pathetic. The woman we spoke with at the company even admitted that had we taken pictures before and after we could have processed for more money (BE WARNED: TAKE PHOTOS BEFORE and RIGHT AFTER!!) and she ACTUALLY TOLD US he didn’t believe us. Talk about unprofessional. Of course, if you make all the way to the company actually processing you a payment, they require you sign a document before receipt of your “complete & satisfactory settlement acknowledged”. BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY DOESN’T CARE ABOUT IT’S CUSTOMERS IN THE SLIGHTEST AND YOU WON’T GET WHAT YOU’VE RIGHTFULLY PAID FOR, LET ALONE REIMBURSED SHOULD YOU HAVE SOMETHING LOST OR DESTROYED BY THEM. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We filed a claim almost a year ago and we just talked to Tiffany at SkyLine Relocation and she said there was nothing they could do, she is sorry they went bankrupt. They damaged and lost so many of our items and we are out of so much money and collectables that can not be replaced. Can anyone tell us if this is true or just a ploy not to pay us, because we will go to a lawyer if she is lying to to us.

I wish I could give this service a zero. I moved from California to Washington back in September 2017. I should have followed my first mind and had driven myself. First off, there were problems from the start after my belongings were picked up. My bicycle was damaged which I barely had a year and my late husband's acoustic guitar, which he had since the 1970's was destroyed, which they destroyed deliberately knowing I did not have adequate insurance to cover it. Their so called moving guys ****DID NOT FINISH THE JOB**** and yet they refuse to refund me any of the money I paid back to me -- and I want $500 of that money back. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They gave me a half-a** response which does not rectify the matter. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! They are a complete rip off. My daughter and I, and her fiance and his friends finished their job for them while they complained about the rain because they were in shorts. Now they spent all their afternoon in Portland doing God knows what. Giving some other customer complete service while I got nothing. I am going to sue them to get some of my money back because it was not worth the full amount of money I paid. We unpacked all of the large items. We took beds, a flat screen TV stand and flat screen television upstairs. We unpacked the matresses and a large futon sofa which was no small job to do, I took all three of the glass shelves to the TV stand upstairs myself, I took the pieces of the bed frame to my queen size bed upstairs myself, my daughter and I put together the bed frame, my daughter and I unpacked the TV stand and television downstairs, and I did not get to bed until 5:00 am the next morning, which was October 1 because they delivered my belongings on September 30, which they tried to get out of doing and when they got there all they did was complain and make sure they got their money. All the moving company was worried about were their precious moving blankets used to wrap the larger items when I called that Monday morning to complain. They said put it in a claim. I did and all they wanted to give me was $40 and said there was nothing they could do. $4 and some change for the actual claim and $35 and some change for a good gesture. ARE THEY KIDDING ME!!! And the claim people had the nerve to tell me that my formal complaint against the movers was a customer service issue. Nothing they could do and it never should have been in the claim. Now after a couple of going back and forth with the Better Business Bureau they are not responsive. I am pissed off and will do whatever I can to slam these people until they make good on this and I get some resolution. Someone needs to be held accountable or their movers will do this to other customers because they are mad and made to deliver on their promise -- why should I have to suffer? Understand, I lost my husband July 2017. This move from California to Washington was important to be with my daughter and granddaughter. Their lack of communication only when it was convenient to them is unacceptable. All they cared about was ****GETTING PAID**** The only thing that went smoothly was getting my car transported. That was the ONLY thing that went smoothly and my car was delivered ahead of schedule and in good shape. He maintained good communication, followed my instructions, called me when he arrived and contacted my daughter a couple of times. KUDOS to the transportation guy!!! Great job there!!! DO NOT USE SKYLINE TRANSPORTATION!!! The company did not even know there were mechanical problems with the truck, and the movers did not answer the phone because "he did not answer calls he did not know and because it was not from my daughter -- said my number was not on the contract when it was" and they were to ONLY contact her if they could not reach me. The mover only called me about the money!!! COMPLETE RIP OFFS!!!! DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!! IN FACT MOVE YOURSELF!!! Lesson learned. Moving companies are rip offs including this one.
