This place made me extremely uneasy. They asked me to send them a copy of my photo id with both sides of my credit card. I’m hesitant because this is a quick way of getting your id stolen. No matter how trustworthy the lady may be, I don’t know how secure their email or office is. And why my photo to verify me? They don’t know what I look like. I can either do this or deposit cash only into bank account, or pay the driver cash and pay a transaction fee (for cash). A bit shady as well. I submit and send them a low resolution photo of my id. A low res of the back of my card and a regular pic of the front of my card. Now they won’t accept it and flagged my card as fraud... because I had concerns over my own security. Cash only that they have all my items.

I have not been able to reach anyone when I call. I already paid a deposit and wanted to follow up about some extra items I am packing. I have tried to get a hold of someone for 2 weeks, no one has returned my call and I am worried. We will be moving in 5 days and I haven't heard a word from them.

Had two moves to make; one from CA to MA, and one across town. Both pickups were done by the same crew (wish I could remember their names, they REALLY deserve personal mention), who were incredibly polite and professional. Both deliveries were made without so much as a scratch to anything. After 20 years of military moves, these guys were hands down the best I've ever encountered. I'd happily recommend them to anyone who asked.
