We hired this company after extensive research for a cross-country move. Arrival date for loading was postponed severeral times. We were "guaranteed 7-10 days from pickup to delivery" Not so! We booked our flight accordingly. Arrival date was 5 days of sleeping on a leaky air mattress with my 73 yr/old husband who is on dialysis. We are missing a lot of items and they tried to deliver items that were not ours. We have 3 notebook pages of items that are missing and/or severely damaged. Every box was dented and destroyed. My goodness, now we have to get bids from local businesses to repair damage. Missing items apperantly gone forever. Small claims will not begin to cover our loses.

When it comes to moving you should be very careful about the company you choose, I know many moving companies and I wouldn't recommend anyone who wouldn't really deserved to be Smart van lines is one of very few that I pledge for as fair honest and professional
