Will not complete job. They quote for everything but when they get there they change their minds. Will take half of the items, say dont take lose items which include tools, will take one rake and leave one behind, small items in original boxes, will break and lose items and if purchase insurance, it's up to the owner to decide if they will send to insurance. Will not cover anything they do not pack, but they dont pack anything even if you advise you might need additional assistance packing. Get someone else to move you or risk having items broken, lost, and damage and being charged for services not completed.

They started off alright for the first bit. Then there was a general slow down. They took 1.5 hours for lunch and we were unable to find out where they were even when we called the office. When we were at the new place, one was gone for long periods of time. When that one came back up, he smelled like he had been drinking. Both my staff and I saw that. They they padded the bill for hours they were not there. When we were a the new place, my staff put most of the furniture together while they disappered for long periods of time.

We had a great move with these guys!! They took really good care of our furniture and were so nice to work with. I would definitely use them again!!
