I decided to move back to Boston from San Clemente and had a fairly large move. I went with Soft Touch because they didn't sugar coat my moving process or my price and I appreciated the honesty. The price wasn't an issue for me, I've done one other major move before so I knew what to expect there. Amelia is the sweetest, funniest gem and was a major factor in my choice. We had some communication issues at pickup but that was because I didn't save the time right and threw the guys off. I'm referring you guys to my friends and any family looking to move. You're on time, you keep track of everything going on, I was happy with it all. Great Job!

Her constant professionalism and dedication to stay on top of things, communicating with me along with the pickup team and delivery crew throughout the entire process. I appreciate that she continues to show empathy in our communications and when I express areas and points of concern, she made me feel at ease while addressing it with the proper internal channels and shared appropriate updates.  I’m also appreciative of the delivery crew assigned to my move, they were highly communicative, responsive and professional from the time they updated me of ETA to thoughtfully placing the last item from my move inventory list.
