They're friendly..they have one particular mover named Bryant..he was awesome!!..very professional.. polite and got the job done in a timely fashion...

Disrespectful on the phone. Signed for it items and called is to tell us they may have lost our all of weapons. broke most furniture. Trashed all of our book shelves. Watched them throw items out of the back of their truck and damage them. Putting in around 20 claims for damaged items. Left their trash and lunches that they are around our house for us to find rotten food later on when unpacking. They wore flip flops and complained about moving items upstairs. Told my wife they have a one lift policy, where they refuse to move an item that they put down even though it was put in the wrong location. Refused to put items together because they couldn't figure out how to put a bed frames together.

They smashed a flat screen because it wasn't wrapped up. Totally ruined antique furniture that's irreplaceable.

They were late everyday (the first day they didn't show at all), sent only 2 people, had to schedule an extra day and half our stuff arrived broken.

Wonderful experience, very professional movers who took personal pride in handling my personal belongings. Definitely recommend this company
