Everything was great from start to finish. Everyone was very nice and professional. Belongings were wrapped/packaged correctly, handled carefully and delivered/unpacked very fast and with care. The crew went out of their way to make sure everything was placed where its supposed to be and even offered to unpack and set up items which they were not required to handle. Pricing was great as well. Highly recommend.

Would use them again in a heartbeat! Very professional and courteous, on time, very efficient and careful with my items without even a scuff on any walls. They delivered on time even in the face of having to route around hurricane Florence territory (move from NJ to Florida). Unloaded in the same manner that they loaded with nothing lost or broken. Every time I called the office for information the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
I wish I wasn't here writing this review but the customer service I received from Sopko calls for this review. The story is long so I'll cut it short. Sopko gave me a binding estimate, tells me I'm obligated to pay only for this, lies or provides incorrect information to me about my final weight and then asks me to meet halfway if I want to. I was considerate enough to say yes not realising I was lied to. Delivery of my stuff takes 2 freaking weeks and in that time not a phone call to apologize or empathise since we were holed up in a hotel room for 2 weeks with 2 young kids. Now I have the headache of following up with wheaton to dispute the additional charge I no longer wish so pay since a)i was lied to b)i did not sign for c) i am under no obligation to pay! No thanks Sopko/Wheaton! Get it together and do right by your customers! Potential hirers, be warned!
