I had to deal with Matt Parsons for a claim of mine and he was very unprofessional and rude and seemed to be on something or just very tired. He took a long time to answer any questions of mine and tried to tell me that the movers did not damage my property (on accident of course) and did not want to pay out my claim. Every time I would call for him he was not in the office either and I would leave a voicemail to no avail. I have used south hills movers in the past but I hope I don't have to use them again anytime soon because I do not want to have to deal with him again.

Our experience started with Lexi she was the one who came out to give us the free estimate. She was very professional and on time. She made a great first impression for the company. But I can’t say enough about how great it was working with Aaron and his team of highly efficient movers. I coordinated a huge move for my clients. I am a professional organizer so I was in charge of a lot of the logistics. The team was on time. As soon as they got there I met the team and did a walk through with them explaining how we organized the rooms and how they were to be places at the next residence and what was to go to an offsite storage unit. The guys were made up of Aaron and a team of 5 others. It looked liked a football team was sent over. I wish I could remember all their names. So I can give them each a Personal shout out. These guys were respectful and polite. My homeowners were impressed with how hard and fast they worked and how much they respected the house and property. They broke not one thing. They complained not once. My assistant and I were in awe about how organized and efficient they were. They will hands down be the company I recommend to all my future clients for moves we manage in the future.

See update below: Guys pulled into driveway and immediately started complaining. We have them in Ring camera swearing. Wouldn’t move anything heavy as they said it wouldn’t fit! Turns out me and my Uncle moved everything that was too big and it all fit just fine. They couldn’t get outta here fast enough. Price was fair but I know why now - they only move half the stuff and leave rest in your garage for you to move. Called owner and won’t return any calls. Update: after the review So Hills movers called us and did their best to rectify the situation. They gave us a credit and apologized which is all they really could do at this point. We appreciate them reaching out to us.

Do NOT use these movers..drivers hire shady guys that don't care about your stuff!! Parts missing, items assembled completely wrong which I had to re do. They put our stuff in storage where boxes got smashed, fragile items put on bottom and got crushed!! Worst decision we made, should've spent the extra 1800 and went with a better complete company

They were great! I have a very positive experience with them. Clear and proper estimate. Very polite and professional staff. On time delivery and pick up. They made my moving experience so smooth!
