My movers, Jamie and Bill (hope I got their names right) were great. They are conscientious, knowledgeable, and professional. They took time to do everything right. The people in the office, like Harry in sales, are a pleasure to deal with. And the price was very good for moving two rooms of furniture from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh.

We were very pleased with the incredibly efficient and smooth process of our move today with Jeff and team. We were worried about everything from the access to the house on a narrow street to potential confusion when moving items to both a temporary apartment and your storage. They handled it all in a professional and cheerful manner which is not always easy to come by these days. On top of all that they helped me to make the best use of our very small temporary space. Work was completed in less time than estimated. We will be moving again to our permanent home and hope we get the same great team.

We hired them after getting a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately I think their teams are hit or miss. We have moved several times recently and this ended up being our worst experience. We received an in person estimate and the actual cost ended up costing almost twice as much. It also took them twice as long as expected partially due to the weather but also they seemed to slow down a lot in the afternoon. We had several items damaged to the point of not being able to be repaired including furniture and small appliances (we aren’t talking about dings/ scratches). Maybe we just got lucky in the past but we had never had stuff broken like this before. The movers cited the brand of our furniture as their excuse for breaking it. Also, there were dirty shoe prints on some of our furniture which had clearly been used as a step stool/ ladder. The guys they sent were very nice and courteous and they seemed to know what they were doing. Not saying I wouldn’t recommend them just be aware of these things going into it.
