I recently purchased a living room set from Stalzers Furniture and believed that they sent me the wrong love seat. In discussing this situation with Jason Stalzer, he responded with a verbal assault that I have never experienced before in my life. He started yelling and shouting at me in a demeaning manner to include a variety of derogatory names. That's a first for me...I spend $3500 at their store and get verbally abused in the process.

Stalzers is great place to buy affordable furniture but the customer service sucks like you feel like your dealing with a obnoxious car salesman. Then they tell you around noon hour for delivery and deliver at 4pm instead. Didn't even bother to call to inform you
