Wishing more folks in the service industry would remember they are in the industry to provide a service. Literally the poorest customer service ever received, no calls or returned calls, held thousands of dollars worth of purchased furniture in their warehouse without so much as a call to me to let me know it had arrived. Then makes up silly stories as to why they cannot deliver the furniture, so I had to come into town and get it myself. What a shame for a small town store, very disappointing that I spent any time or money at this establishment. I will not be returning ever again. Lots of Over Promising and Under Delivering, nothing arrived in the time I was told...
