Review:
Atrocious customer service. Promised delivery 12-4pm on a Saturday so I arranged my schedule to be home then. Someone called me at 11am to say they were 10 minutes away. When it passed 12pm and I heard nothing, I called. No answer, so I texted. The response I got was "Sorry...it had to be rescheduled for another day." No explanation and no one from the office or otherwise is answering the phone or reaching out.

Review:
I don’t even feel as though they deserve this one star. I was supposed to receive my mattress yesterday. The movers arrived yesterday and said they’d be right back with my mattress and then left without coming back inside. They called me to say that it wouldn’t fit and that they had already gone on to a new town. When I called the company to resolve this problem on the phone the woman I spoke to was rude and told me I still wouldn’t be getting my mattress until tomorrow. Extremely frustrating.
