Passenger dropped the second box of bed frame getting it out of the truck and the hardware went everywhere. He didnt even make an attempt to retrieve the hardware from the steet and my driveway. He then tried to blame it on the manufacturing of the box itself when he should of waited for the driver who was still carrying the first box into my house. I couldn't find all the hardware and was left calling the sthe store I purchased it from to complain.

After reading some of the reviews... I was REALLY worried about getting my delivery. I purchased a mattress set from Sam's Club and this company was the one they contracted with to deliver. Based on the reviews, I would have never chosen Star Moving. The service I got is worthy of the five stars. There were two delivery men who were in and out of my house in less than ten minutes. They removed the old mattress set and all the packaging materials for the new mattress set. Very impressed with their professionalism and speed.

Terrible customer service. Can't stay in driveway. Had to wait months for delivery of damaged goods. Would not recommend!
