Look elsewhere- never ever use these guys. In spite of being a Veteran owned business (something we value tremendously) these guys have no ethics, no morals and are willing to take advantage of their customers at every chance they get. After damaging several of our “high-value” items- which are things we paid extra insurance on, including a new 80” TV, an elliptical machine, Antique dining room furniture, Our living room sectional and two mattresses, we were offered $300 in restitution. This was after not responding to weekly calls, and emails for over 4 months. Unless you want no response to your claims for months and damaged goods- steer clear

Would give this company zero stars if it was possible. When they came to pack and load our items they were over an hour late (even though they had a two hour window to show up) they also didn't bring all the equipment necessary to move our furniture so they had to come a second day and load the rest...they were late the second day too. Now, we are just trying to contact them to have our items delivered to our new home and have not been able to get ahold of them for a solid week! Do NOT use this company. Not reliable, and definitely not communicative.

Worth every penny! The team of four men were extremely professional and took extra care to ensure they didn't scratch walls or damage floors. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they moved everything. At our new house they made sure they asked where each box went which was a lifesaver when we unpacked. I highly recommend them and if we ever move again, we will definitely be calling Starck!!!

Starck did an amazing job yesterday on our move! We had 6 guys working with us and they were all awesome. All had great attention to details. We had multiple fragile items and machines and not one was damaged! They were even careful not to damage the walls and door frames on the houses too. They did an amazing job and we would definitely recommend them!
