Storage Sense - Seneca

Storage sense was wonderful and super helpful during our move.

The 2 young ladies we worked with on Saturday they were amazing. The amount of time they worked with us made us so very happy. If these are the type of employees you have in your markets I am sure your company is very profitable. This was for the Seneca, SC location

No stars.. this is the absolute worst storage facility I've ever encountered.. The staff is rude, uneducated about their
property, their rates and their billing proces. They are quite carless and do not stick to their word. Everyone there tells you something different. They blatantly refuse to let you to speak to their superiors. They also cut a lock off of my building that belonged to my deceased husband when I didn't even owe a bill that month and didn't bother to call me before or after! Beware of this awful place and their terrible staff. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone ever! Only gave 1 star because it made me ?

Wrote this review a week ago and was asked to email someone (which I did) still no calls, text or email replies. I've been asking for months at this point to speak with management and the lady refuses!

Very nice. Easy to get processed in.

Theia has been nothing less than amazing! She made moving process look effortless. Wonderful manager with excellent customer service.
